Alexandra Browne trained and worked as an architect for a number of years before switching to the interior design world at Rose Uniacke.  Since 2018, Alexandra has once again refined the scale on which she works and now produces a bespoke range of hand-painted ceramic wall tiles that bring a touch of glamour and panache with a playful twist to any home.

 

Each tile that Alexandra paints is unique, not only in terms of design but also the textures that the fine brush strokes produce after firing.  The resulting installations are therefore both aesthetically beautiful and also remarkably tactile.

Her themes include glamorous sunbathers on the French Riviera, penguins waddling across the ice and skiers that career down the wall as a slope!

Alexandra's tiles can be found in houses, chalets and hotels across the world and the installations can be customised to the client's specific brief.
